Southern Polytechnic State University is a Technical University
Southern Polytechnic State University is a four year university located in Marietta, Georgia. The University originally went by the the name The Technical Institute when it was established in 1948. The University went through several name changes, until 1996 when the current name was put into place. This large university has 35 buildings on 230 acres of land. The large space creates plenty of room for growth and expansion as the school gains more specialities and degrees for the students.

There is little doubt that the university is now progressing to offer more proactive programs including those like chiropractic marketing and advertising.
