Or better still, let him not use the car.
AFAIK,the public transport system in mumbai is excellent. He would escape the notice of autograph hunters as they wouldn't expect SAWANT in a train.

Since I manage this site, I have executive privileges others don't, Saket.

The tests were required because MT has been flaky lately.

Well, you give cheap advice, and hence the advice is also flawed. Hiring the second driver is always a problem. Let's say the drivers switch at 15:00 in the afternoon; how will the driver know where the car is? Given a star's life, you never have a schedule that can be followed strictly, and who's going to pay for the 2nd drivers commuting TO work (car), since the driver will have to go to all sorts of remote locations, etc?

Here's how we can solve the problem: Have the 2 drivers back up as make up men; a make up man's job is not so strenuous, but just like a driver, needs to be there all the time. So that way, the two drivers can always be there in the car, they only exchange roles in the middle of the day.

That will be 20,000 rupees please.

Yazad gives some advice to Indian Idol-winner Abhijeet Sawant, whose manic schedule is making it difficult to hire a driver:
