The outlook writer is a <i>journalist</i>. It's his <i>job</i> to know how to contact the CBI -- he may well require their opinion on some story. And for us mere mortals, <a href="http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=central+bureau+investigation+india" rel="nofollow">google</a> is enough. BTW, the CBI has a <a href="http://cbi.nic.in/" rel="nofollow">homepage</a> and if you'd care to scroll down, you'd find a few telephone numbers. :-D Duh-Oh Harshad! The outlook writer is a journalist. It’s his job to know how to contact the CBI — he may well require their opinion on some story.
