Like the way you think. Methinks laws are written using complex verbiage so that the layman gives up trying to understand them. And that's why we need fraudsters...err..lawyers to "interpret" them and judges to cross verify whether the interpretations are right. Lawyers made up more than 50% of India's constituent assembly. And this trend continued for the first few Lok Sabhas. Gandhi, Nehru, Rajagopalachari, Patel were all lawyers.
