I had read the report earlier as well. The three things that the report manages to do are:
1. Consolidates all the data and presents it to give a pretty good analysis of the situation
2. Gives a rational estimate and quantifies it(the magic 10% that so many of our thinker-celebrities have been salivating after for three and a half years now)
3. Gives a really good pep-talk (as much as ‘impartial’ consultants can) and reminds us again of our potential.
So, what’s new or pathbreaking? the report merely consolidates what is well-known and well discussed, doesn’t it?
