Creating waves of terrors are just as easy for that administration as for creating waves of counter-terror for the Israelis. I sympathise with both, but cannot forget that Jordan--the fatherland for the Palestinians--has not ceded an inch for this state-and the Israelis have had to fight (without resrting to terror tactics) thru centuries for a homeland...
